2 bell of green pepper, sliced round

1 medium sized yellow onions, sliced round

1 tablespoon of mustard

2 tablespoons of pickle relish

1 tablespoon of dill pickle

1 big cucumber, sliced round

½ cup of shredded iceberg lettuce

2 ball of medium sized tomato, sliced round

1 tablespoon of hot pepper

1 teaspoon of celery salt

4 pieces of poppy seed buns

Directions

Heat up your pan with a little oil in it, put your hot dog in it and let it simmer for 5 minutes, remove and dry on a paper towel.

Divide your buns in half, place your hot dog in it, garnish with your cucumber, tomatoes, onions, and green pepper. Mix your relish, dill, mustard, hot pepper, and salt in a bowl, top your buns with the mixture, cover and serve.
